B20) Christianity

During my six years in prison I met murders that were Christian. I met sex offenders that were Christians and I met thieves that were Christian.

This experience left me wondering what is it about Christianity that leads to rape, thievery and murder?

  1. I get to respond to my own blog:

The information is anecdotal at best and at the very least insulting to all Christians.

I wrote that to be provocative. Since the accident I feel a greater need to be provocative.

Christianity is not the issue for it is all FEAR BASED THEOLOGIES that hold back the spiritual evolution of humanity. Like a mythological vampire fear based theologies have their fangs buried deep in the neck of humanity and they are slowly sucking the life force out of it.

It is true I have met many Christians I would never trust let alone turn my back on. It’s equally true that some of the nicest, kindest, most loving people I’ve ever met are Christians.

My daughter is a Christian. Be that as it may it doesn’t affect the need for change.

In order to move forward spiritually there must be an evolution of epic proportion on the spiritual front of humanity!

President George Bush (43) is a Christian and he had our troops invade Iraq under false pretenses. As a result some three hundred thousand Iraqi civilians were killed. Three hundred thousand people, human being, souls (call them what you like) all killed because of an unjust war.

Why are not all the “good” Christians outraged by this?

300,000 son's, daughter's, uncles, aunts, mom's and dads, friends, neighbors unjustily killed because of American Foreign Policy.

It’s estimated three million Vietnamese were killed during the Viet Nam war.

3,000,000 son's, daughter's, uncles, aunts, mom's and dads, friends, neighbors.

Thirty years after the viet nam war one of the wars chief architects admits he got it wrong. We got it wrong, America got it wrong. Oops. Sorry. So sorry we killed three million people. Maybe we’ll do better next time.

The only way America can start doing better “next time” is to stop the senseless wars now!

Fighting Hitler is one thing. Invading Granada and Panama. How was this acceptable?

Why isn’t there an uproar and outrage over all the unnecessary killing done by the American Foreign Policy? Where are all the Christians on this issue? Where is the moral outrage from all American citizens?

Where is the justice for all the innocent people killed by American Foreign Policy?

If you cannot find personal outrage over the killing of innocent civilians of other countries then why not be outraged over the American citizens dying on the battle field of unjust wars?

Not just some paths as others would have you believe.
